The recognition graph, the data layer beneath Connect.
Recognition is the primary write surface in Wudd. The four pages below are the surface; the recognition graph is what they all write to. Twelve ways to say thank you. Your ear ranked them. Wudd reads them the same way, every day, across every employee.
Twelve ways to say thank you. You felt them.
You didn't read them carefully. You felt them. Some are reflex. Some are real. Your ear ranked them in under a second.
That ranking is the signal. Wudd reads it the same way, every day, across every employee. Each recognition carries a tagged Company Value, a weight, and a per-giver and per-receiver cap so the signal stays honest. The structured data, not free-text NLP, is what becomes culture analytics.
Four pages, one graph.
Each surface writes to the same recognition graph. Each page below details one of them.
- 01Read the pageRecognition FeedThe daily-driver timeline inside Connect. Live KPIs computed nightly from the Value tags.
- 02Read the pageCreate RecognitionThe gesture itself. Five-layer cap stack at write time, server-side `abort(422)` on breach.
- 03Read the pageGrant BadgesBehavioural thresholds bound to OKR Key Results. Hit a badge, hit a KR.
- 04Read the pageGamificationValues + Badges + Points = KPI/OKR data. The slide-009 thesis as a single page.
A signal that costs something to send.
Recognition is precious because it is finite. The five-layer cap stack, per-giver weekly, per-receiver monthly, per-Value monthly with overrides, per-receiver daily on manual recognition, value-level period caps with per-receiver sub-caps, is server-side and rejects at the request layer with `abort(422)`. On top of that, the Gini-coefficient concentration check is wired into Recognition Equity, Culture Momentum, and Team Stability widgets. Surfacing the concentration check as a single named "Concentration / Nepotism" page with a dedicated UI is on the Q3 roadmap; the function exists today, the named UI is shipping.
The recognition graph is the asset.
Connect is the wedge. The recognition graph is the asset that compounds underneath it.
