Selling through Wudd with Salla
A guide for merchants: getting started, keeping your catalogue current, receiving payouts, and handling orders in Salla.
Payouts are every Wednesday.
Getting started
What does Wudd offer my store?
Wudd is a corporate sales channel. Customers buy selected products on Wudd, while you use Salla as your source catalogue and your usual place to manage orders. You do not need to maintain a second catalogue on Wudd.
How do I connect my store?
Install the Wudd app through Salla and complete the connection there. Wudd reviews your store and selects products suited to its corporate customers. Installing the app does not mean that every product or category will be listed.
Which products can I sell through Wudd?
Only selected products in supported categories and with supported options can be offered. Not every variant, custom field, upload, or preorder arrangement is supported. If a product needs a special configuration, check with us before offering it through Wudd.
Your catalogue
Where should I update product information?
Update names, descriptions, photos, prices, and stock in Salla. Keep the information accurate and the photos suitable for customers. Wudd uses your Salla catalogue for selected products; changes may need time to appear on Wudd.
How should I manage availability?
Keep stock and availability up to date in Salla, including the exact options or variants you can fulfil. Do not offer unavailable goods as ready to ship. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support with its order reference so the issue can be handled.
Prices and payouts
How does the agreed commission work?
LIST is the customer-facing price from your Salla catalogue. NET is the amount due to you after the agreed Wudd commission. Your commercial agreement sets the commission; there is no single rate stated in this FAQ. Use your statement to check the amounts and any applicable adjustments.
When are payouts made?
Payouts are every Wednesday. Keep your agreed payout details correct, and check your payout statement. If an amount or bank detail needs clarification, contact support@wudd.net.
Orders and returns
Where do I manage orders and delivery?
Customers place their orders on Wudd. Use Salla for day-to-day order handling where the connected workflow is supported. Follow the delivery details supplied with each order, including the selected company delivery location and recipient details, using the agreed supported delivery method.
Who handles a return request?
The customer initiates the request, and you and the customer handle it according to your declared return policy, using Salla wherever the return workflow is supported. Wudd administrators do not review or approve returns or issue refunds for them. A request is not an approval, and a Wudd dispute process is not available yet.
Which return policy applies?
Your declared return policy applies to your products. Make it accessible to customers and explain its conditions clearly. This FAQ does not set a standard return window or promise eligibility for every request. If the policy is missing from a product, contact support to correct it.
