Architecture

Wallet, books, and the receipt.

The wallet is the user surface. The books are Wudd. The receipt is the accounting layer.

Digital wallet
Each employee has a wallet with balance, history, and pending orders. The balance is computed from the recognition + performance ledger; nothing is stored as a free-form number.

Order management
Orders are placed in-app, picked from the supplier network, and tracked until fulfilment. Every state change writes to the audit log.

Wallet top-ups and wallet aging
Admins can top up wallets directly when policy requires it. Wallet aging prevents balances from accumulating forever and breaking budgeting.

Wudd does the books. Wudd generates the receipt, with full Phase-2 compliance rules.

Plan grandfathering
Admins can update pricing without re-pricing existing subscriptions. Each subscription stays on the plan version it joined; the new version applies to new subscribers and to anyone who explicitly upgrades.

Recognition mints points. Points must hold their value. The cap stack runs at the issuance layer too, not just on the recognition gesture.
