Connect

Your team's conversations move into a corporate channel.

Threads, DMs, and group channels, corporate-grade, searchable, archived. Employees talk through their work identity instead of personal phone numbers, and the conversation history belongs to the organisation, not to whoever was on the WhatsApp group when it mattered. The shift is the same one companies made fifteen years ago when they replaced personal email with corporate email.

Recognition

Recognition is a first-class action inside the conversation.

Type `/recognize @colleague for #integrity` in any thread, or use the recognition wizard. Each recognition is tagged to a Company Value, weighted, and capped, per-giver weekly, per-receiver monthly, and per-value period, so the signal stays honest. The result is captured as structured data the moment it is sent, not transcribed from free text later.

Strategy KPIs

KPIs and OKRs emerge from the recognition graph.

Each Company Value tag feeds a live KPI; each Badge threshold drives an OKR Key Result. For traditional KPIs the recognition graph cannot capture, "save 10% on procurement by Q3" or "reduce churn to 3%", the Strategy module accepts classic CPM-P-aligned metrics with a four-layer guardrail: catalog allowlist, validator, definition prompt, and persistence. Vague criteria are rejected at creation, not after the cycle ends.
