Why custom, not plug-and-play.

Wudd captures behavioural data from the recognition graph, a fundamentally different signal than traditional HRIS platforms handle. A generic connector would flatten what makes the data valuable. We build each integration around your specific push-and-pull requirements.

Your data flow, not ours
Some organisations need to push employee data into Wudd. Others need to pull recognition analytics out. Many need both. We map it before we build it.

We define exactly which fields travel, in which direction, on which trigger. No surprises, no silent data leaks, no "it syncs everything by default."

A Wudd integration engineer scopes the work, builds it, and validates it against your staging environment before it touches production.

Integration patterns

What we have built before.

These are the common patterns. Your integration may combine several, or require something not on this list. That is fine. The scoping call exists for exactly this reason.

Inbound (push to Wudd)
  • Org chart sync. Employee directory from your HRIS, on schedule or event-driven.
  • SSO / SAML. Single sign-on from your identity provider. No separate Wudd credentials.
  • Payroll reference. Salary bands or cost-centre tags to power the ROI calculator with real numbers.
Outbound (pull from Wudd)
  • Recognition analytics. Recognition data exported to your BI tool or data warehouse on a nightly schedule.
  • Wallet transactions. Reward redemptions and wallet movements pushed to your accounting or ERP system.
  • KPI feed. Strategy-module metrics delivered to your executive reporting layer.
Bidirectional
  • Event-driven webhooks. Wudd fires or listens for events in either direction. You define the triggers, we wire the payload.
  • Custom workflows. Recognition milestones trigger actions in your system, or external events trigger Wudd automations.

Eligibility

Who qualifies.

Custom integration is included at a nominal fee for teams that meet these criteria. The fee covers the scoping call, the build, and the validation against your staging environment.

Annual commitment
A minimum one-year subscription. Month-to-month plans are not eligible for custom integration.

30+ active seats
The integration engineering is scoped for teams of 30 employees or more.

A scoping call
A 30-minute call to map your push/pull requirements and agree on the data contract before we build.
