Refreshments

Office refreshments,one tap away.

No more shouting across the office or sending WhatsApp messages. Employees tap a preset, the office assistant sees it instantly in their queue, and a push notification confirms delivery. That's it.

01
How It Works

From request to delivery in seconds.

A frictionless workflow that replaces walk-ups, shouts, and group-chat chaos with structured, trackable requests.

  1. 01
    Employee opens Refreshments
A grid of personalised presets – their usual coffee, tea, water, or snack – appears as tappable cards.
  2. 02
    One tap to order
A task is created instantly with the right label, options, and assigned assistant. No typing, no forms.
  3. 03
Assistant sees it in their queue
The office assistant's dashboard shows incoming requests ordered by priority, with the requester's name and emoji icon.
  4. 04
    Start → Done
The assistant taps "Start" when preparing, then "Done" when served. Two taps, full lifecycle.
  5. 05
    Requester gets notified
A push notification and in-app alert confirm delivery. No walking back to check.
02
Before & After

Why this matters.

Without Wudd

The old way

  • Walk to the kitchen or shout across the office
  • Assistant forgets the order or makes the wrong drink
  • No visibility – did they get my request?
  • No data on consumption or patterns
With Wudd

The new way

  • One-tap ordering from desk or mobile
  • Structured presets – no miscommunication
  • Real-time status: open → preparing → done
  • Full history and consumption analytics

Smart Routing

The right assistant, automatically.

Assistant assignments ensure each request goes to the right person – by floor, department, or direct assignment.

Assignment
Direct or fallback

Assign specific assistants to specific employees, or set an org-wide default.

Queue
Priority ordering

Open requests appear first, then in-progress. FIFO within each status.

Cancel
Requester-initiated

Employees can cancel while the request is still open. Once in-progress, it's committed.

Notifications
Push + in-app

FCM push to the assistant on new orders. Database notification to the requester on completion.
